Mia Wood

Mia joins us from Sydney Sport & Exercise Physiology (SSEP). She graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2020, followed by a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022.

Mia is part of the Sydney Sports and Exercise Physiology team at Zone 34. SSEP is one of the leading Exercise Physiology teams in Sydney, consulting from renowned Sports Medicine and Physiotherapy clinics.

Mia’s passion for helping people through Exercise Physiology was developed through her sporting background and personal experiences with suffering injuries. Mia is extremely passionate in providing effective rehabilitation services that offer high quality care and support to assist every client with achieving their lifestyle goals and improving their quality of life through evidence-based exercise.

Outside of the clinic Mia currently plays professional Rugby League with the Sydney Roosters NRLW team.
