What is Exercise Physiology?

Accredited Exercise Physiology is the clinical prescription of tailored exercise interventions to manage injuries, enhance athletic performance, and support chronic disease management through evidence-based movement strategies.

Graded Injury Rehabilitation & Re-Conditioning

We design progressive strength and conditioning programs to help you overcome acute and chronic injuries safely. This bridges the gap between initial treatment and full athletic performance.

Chronic Disease & Health Management

We prescribe targeted exercise programs to manage diabetes, heart health, osteoporosis, arthritis, and depression. Our clinical interventions help prevent disease progression and improve everyday quality of life.

Data-Driven Athletic Testing & Performance

We evaluate VO2 max, lactate thresholds, and force production to optimise performance for athletes and endurance runners. Objective movement analysis ensures efficient, evidence-based strength gains.
