Active female life stages

The Zone 34 Method
Our Active Female Hub delivers a comprehensive approach to female health, combining clinical expertise with an understanding of your unique physiology to provide the right support at the exact right time.
We work closely with your broader healthcare team to ensure we communicate effectively with endocrinologists, obstetricians, sports physicians, and general practitioners to deliver a unified approach to your health.
Your goals are at the centre of everything we do. We provide seamless, integrated care between disciplines, bringing together the expertise of Exercise Physiologists, Sports Physiotherapists, Women’s Health Physiotherapists, and Accredited Sports Dietitians as appropriate.
We are with you for the long haul journey. The Active Female Hub has your back throughout your life journey, using objective milestones to safely progress your rehabilitation, rather than relying on short term fixes.
At the Active Female Hub, we bring together a dedicated team of allied health professionals under one roof to provide comprehensive support. Because your biomechanical needs change from adolescence through to menopause, our integrated approach ensures you have the exact clinical expertise required for every stage of your active life.
From managing acute sports injuries in developing adolescents to addressing pelvic floor dysfunction and abdominal separation during the perinatal period, our physiotherapists provide targeted care. We deliver specialised manual therapy, pelvic rehabilitation, and movement retraining to keep you moving safely and confidently.
Nutritional needs shift dramatically across the female lifespan. Our sports dietitian delivers expert guidance for performance fuelling in young athletes and manages Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). We focus on optimising energy availability, bone health, and metabolic function through pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause.
Building and preserving functional capacity is critical at every age. Our exercise physiologists design evidence-based strength and conditioning programs to support adolescent athletic development, facilitate a safe return to impact sports postpartum, and protect muscle tissue and bone density during the hormonal shifts of menopause.
